The Lawyer Davide Iervolino was born in Rome on 1970 august 31.

In 1995 he obtained Law Degree in Naples University “Frederich II”, discussing about a thesis in International Law entitled “The role of geographical circumstances in jurisprudence concerning continental shelf”.

In 1998 he obtained qualification for exercising profession of Lawyer, after apprenticeship in civil and penal law.

In 1999 he has been a student of the authoritative Magistrate of the Italian Supreme Court Dr. Luigi Francesco Di Nanni, attending an adjustment course in civil, administrative and Penal Law.

In 2001 he obtained appointment as honorary judge of Naples tribunal and he worked during years of assignment in matter of civil executions.

In 2002 he obtained Civil Law Specialization in Naples University “Frederich II” discussing about a thesis entitled “Actual rules about under-age childs and civil marriage”.

In 2004 he obtained Canon Law Degree in Papal Lateran University, Vatican City, discussing a thesis entitled “Judges role, civil rights and equitable process principle”.

He has been admitted to the Bar of .Monza and in the Canon Bar of .Lombardy Church Tribunal.

 

The Lawyer Barbara Barteselli was born in Milan on 1974 august 18.

In 1998 she obtained Law Degree in Milan University, discussing about a thesis in Roman Law entitled “Taxatio in classical roman process”.

From 1998 she collaborates as assistant in roman law institutions Chair at the Milan “Bicocca” University .

In 2001 she obtained qualification for exercising profession of Lawyer, after apprenticeship in Civil law.

She has been admitted to the Bar of Monza.
